This has been the most positive experience we have ever had with any business of any kind. The customer support provided by Donovan Mabry was beyond our expectations. Rarely did a day go by when he had not called, texted, or made an in person visit. He sheparded us through the insurance process which gave us great peace of mind.

The quote and contract portion of the job went incredibly well. They communicated thoroughly with us up until the day of the job. The size of the job was substantial and in most areas they actually went above and beyond. There were several normal challenges and things to redress but for a job of this size they were not anything major. We are very pleased with the material selection as we did mixed metal and asphalt. The crew ran into a couple of challenges and there was some miscommunication but none of that would prevent me from endorsing this company and giving them a very high rating.

Great service! Asked for an inspection done on my roof and within minutes got a response and within days got someone out to take a look at the roof. If you want quality service and a quick turnaround use Legacy!

Chandler was extremely helpful. He came out immediately and thoroughly assessed the problem. He got a crew out the next day. He did what was best for us and gave us an honest evaluation.

Chandler and his crew was fantastic and was super quick with getting my new roof installed (they also installed new facia at the same time). There was constant communication between myself and Chandler throughout the entire process (he’s very professional). Unlike other contractors, if there was additional material that was needed he did not nickel and dime me (he was fair)! This was a fairly large project with over 30 square to lay, all completed in “1” day. Don’t pass up the opportunity to do business with Legacy. I will again in the future!

The company was so pleasant to work with and did a great job on replacing my roof and fixing the vinyl sidding. Matt and his crew were very easy to work with and made sure everything went as planned to complete. Cleaned up everything and made sure no nails were left in driveway. Before new roof and after new roof. Very professional and very nice to have done business with.
