Field Marketing Representative

Legacy Roofing & Construction is hiring Field Marketing Representatives to help grow our residential roofing business. You'll work in assigned neighborhoods, connect with homeowners, identify potential roofing needs, and set confirmed appointments for our sales team. No experience needed — we provide a full paid training week with scripts, product knowledge, and field shadowing before you go solo. This is a great entry point into the roofing and construction industry with clear growth opportunities and bonus incentives.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods on foot
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations about their roofing needs
• Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
• Submit all leads through the CRM by end of each day
• Attend daily check-ins and weekly performance reviews with your manager
• Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets
• Represent Legacy Roofing & Construction professionally in the field

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience Requirements

• No experience required — we train you from day one
• Prior door-to-door, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus

Desired Skills

• Comfortable being on your feet and working independently
• Basic smartphone skills for lead tracking
